This Privacy Policy explains how the Business Templates
Android app (package in.softecks.businesskits) and this
website (businesskits.infinitemarket.org) handle your
information. We built Business Templates to work without requiring you
to create an account, and we collect as little personal data as
possible.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require sign-up, login, or any personal profile to browse or download templates. The limited information handled by the app and site is:
- Purchase information. When you buy "All-Access Lifetime" through Google Play Billing, Google shares a purchase token with the app. The app sends this token to our server solely to verify your purchase and unlock premium templates. We do not see or store your name, email, or payment card details - that is handled entirely by Google Play.
- On-device data. The app stores a small amount of data locally on your device (using Android SharedPreferences): your unlock status, a cached copy of the product catalog, and a history of your recent downloads (file names and dates). This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us, except as described above.
- Download requests. When you download a free or premium template, your device requests the file from our server. Standard web server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested file) may be recorded temporarily for security and abuse prevention, and are not linked to any personal identity.
- Website usage. This showcase website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising scripts.
2. How We Use Information
- To verify your purchase and unlock premium templates inside the app.
- To deliver the template files (free and premium) you request.
- To maintain the security and reliability of our servers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
3. Third-Party Services
The app uses Google Play Billing and Google Play Services to process the one-time "All-Access Lifetime" purchase. Google's handling of your payment and account information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Retention
Purchase verification records are kept only as long as needed to confirm your entitlement to premium templates. On-device data (download history, cached catalog, unlock status) remains on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
5. Children's Privacy
Business Templates is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
